We thought that since we live in Iowa we would give corn a try in our garden! We truly feel like Iowans now! In the once pizza box we have our first potatoes! Ty was very excited. He made us some really yummy mashed potatoes for Sunday dinner.

Congratulations on the corn and potatoes! Our poor garden pretty much died while we were in Idaho for three weeks. We had a neighbor watering it, but alas I think it just missed us!
Wow, that's impressive! Every year I think we need to do a garden but we never quite get around to it. We're slackers, what can I say?
